Dough (2 Large NY-Style Pizzas)

Stretchy Vegan Mozzarella

1 cup raw cashews (soaked 4 hrs or boiled 10 min)

1 ¼ cups water

3 tbsp tapioca starch (this is the stretchy magic)

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp salt -
½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

1. Make the Dough
